Mindfulness along with movement can really help bring our focus back to the present moment. In these uncertain times its very easy to get caught up in the past or the future which can lead to us feeling anxious and overwhelmed.
By spending 15 mins on mindfulness activities it can help us get out of our own head and into the present moment – calming your mind and reducing anxiety and improving our mood.
