This free event has been designed to support Leicestershire secondary schools by bringing together key fully funded LCC partners working across the whole-child agenda — from emotional wellbeing and mental health to sexual health and safeguarding.

The afternoon provides an opportunity to:

Network with other local schools
Learn about free services available to Leicestershire schools
Share best practice around proactive, preventative support
Hear from a leading international expert on trauma-informed education

We are delighted to welcome Dr David Cashman, who will deliver a keynote on:

Integrating Trauma-Informed Principles into Daily Curriculum Practice

Dr Cashman is internationally recognised for his work supporting schools to embed trauma-informed approaches into everyday teaching and learning.
