youHQ Wellbeing Awards
Celebrating schools that put wellbeing first
Every year, the youHQ Wellbeing Awards spotlight the incredible efforts of schools going above and beyond to support the emotional health of their students and staff.
These awards aren’t about ticking boxes — they’re about recognising real impact. From innovative wellbeing initiatives to consistent engagement with the youHQ platform, our winners lead the way in creating positive, proactive school cultures.

Why we created the awards
We believe that celebrating success is essential for sustaining it.
The youHQ Wellbeing Awards were launched to shine a light on the everyday heroes in education who make wellbeing a lived priority — not just a policy. By celebrating what is working, we aim to inspire more positive change across the wider education community.
As well as recognising incredible schools, the awards allow us to share best practice, grow our network of wellbeing leaders, and build long-lasting partnerships rooted in shared values.

How schools are chosen
There’s no application form or flashy submission. We select winners based on:
-
Platform engagement: How consistently and creatively a school uses youHQ
-
Communication: Constructive feedback and collaboration with our team
-
Impact: Tangible improvements in staff and student wellbeing
-
Culture: A clear commitment to embedding wellbeing across the whole school
It’s our way of recognising and rewarding schools that are walking the talk.
