Because every voice deserves to be heard.
With instant signposting to trusted peer mental health support, Students can now reach Tellmi’s award-winning peer support app directly from their youHQ dashboard. Whether they need to talk, listen, or feel less alone, help is just a click away.

Peer and professional support—when students need it
Tellmi offers a safe, anonymous space where young people can share what’s on their mind. Every post is moderated, and support comes from peers and trained counsellors—no referrals, no waiting.

Linked directly from the youHQ dashboard
Students can now access Tellmi via a quick-launch button in youHQ. It’s one less barrier to finding the help they need—especially in moments that matter.
Note: students will need to have (or create) a Tellmi account and log in to use the service.
A natural extension of youHQ’s wellbeing tools
While youHQ supports students in tracking mood, setting goals, and checking in with staff, Tellmi offers an additional route—peer connection outside the school setting.
It’s another way we’re helping students build confidence, resilience, and self-awareness—inside and beyond the classroom.

NHS-backed and evidence-based
Commissioned by the NHS and independently validated by the Anna Freud Centre and UCL, Tellmi is used by thousands of young people and trusted by schools, trusts, and local authorities across the UK.
