Service Description

Our one-day Level 2 First Aid for Mental Health course builds on mental health awareness by equipping you with practical skills to support someone demonstrating signs of distress. You’ll explore a range of mental health conditions, learn the First Aid for Mental Health Action Plan and how to use it, practise supportive conversations, and understand how to signpost to professional help. This nationally recognised qualification is suitable for workplaces, educators, community teams, and individuals wanting accredited confidence to act.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds, Transfers and Cancellations To ensure the ongoing viability of the training and to cover our instructors’ costs, we operate a clear non-refundable policy on our sessions and Youth MHFA courses. We do understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may mean you can no longer attend the training you’ve booked. If you contact us via email (sophie@lifeontime.co.uk) at least 14 days in advance of the start date of the Youth MHFA course, we can offer: A transfer to the same training on a future alternative date A transfer of the booking from your name to a friend/colleague who can attend in your place If you are unable to attend with fewer than 14 days before the start of your training, we will do our utmost to provide a solution or transfer. However, these cannot be guaranteed on short notice. Please note that the Youth MHFA training takes place online over two days (a total of four sessions across two mornings and two afternoons). You must be available to attend all sessions on both days. There are no make-ups for missed sessions. Should we need to cancel a Youth MHFA training course due to unforeseen circumstances, we will aim to give you as much notice as possible of the cancellation. We will provide further details of rearrangement as and when this information becomes available from the trainer.
