THE FUNDAMENTALS · 3 MIN READ
What can students access?
A simple, safe space to log mood, set goals, reflect and more.

THE KEY IDEA
It's your child's own private space. Their school can see it and respond if needed. There are no likes or followers.
Inside the app
Every pupil using youHQ can record how they're feeling each day, set and track goals, choose values they care about, explore wellbeing tools and celebrate their progress.
Who can see it
Trusted staff at school can see your child's check-ins and respond if they need support. It's built around personal development and wellbeing, not social media.
TRY THIS AT HOME
Check in together
Once in a while, ask "How are you feeling today, out of 10?" It's the same kind of question your child answers in youHQ, and it opens the door to talk.
Parents can't see their child's youHQ account. This protects children's confidentiality, especially when they share something sensitive.
