Building Resilient, Kind, and Confident Learners

Led by Emma Butterworth - an experienced educator and wellbeing leader with 13 years’ experience across the UK, Italy, UAE, and Australia - these interactive workshops bring youHQ’s wellbeing app to life.

Based in Western Australia, Emma uses movement, play, and storytelling to create fun, memorable sessions that help primary-aged students build resilience, practise empathy, and discover their unique strengths. Each workshop is designed to spark curiosity, boost confidence, and empower young people with the life skills they need to thrive both in and beyond the classroom.
