Part of the team since mid-2021, Sophie is youHQ's social media manager and admin executive. She is the voice and organiser of youHQ on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, and Tiktok (@youhqforschools). She is also the co-producer of Wellbeing Wins, youHQ's webinar series.
When not scrolling the internet and creating on behalf of youHQ, she crochets, cooks, and prides herself on being able to recite the majority of the 1992 festive masterpiece, Muppets' Christmas Carol.
