Prospect House School
Prospect House School in Putney educates children aged 3–11, blending academic rigour with creativity, outdoor learning, and a caring environment that prioritises wellbeing and confidence.
Prospect House School wanted to ensure that wellbeing was not treated as a separate initiative but woven into every part of school life. With multiple strands of pastoral care already in place, the challenge was finding a unifying platform that could bring consistency, visibility, and a stronger sense of student ownership across the whole school community.
By introducing youHQ, Prospect House connected their existing wellbeing practices through one cohesive digital space. The platform enabled students to reflect on their emotions, set goals, and track progress, while giving staff valuable insights to guide early support. The integration of youHQ across lessons and tutor time helped embed wellbeing as a shared responsibility for everyone.
The school has seen a noticeable uplift in student engagement and teacher confidence when supporting wellbeing needs. youHQ has become a core element of Prospect House’s pastoral strategy, helping to identify trends, celebrate progress, and nurture resilience in every pupil.
So much so, they came runner up in the youHQ Wellbeing Awards 24/25.
We are absolutely overjoyed with this recognition, which highlights how deeply youHQ has become part of our wellbeing culture. The platform has allowed us to bring together all strands of our pastoral provision and empower every student to take ownership of their wellbeing. We’re so proud of the progress our community has made and excited to keep building on this success next year!
