This session will give students the tools to help them manage their own overall wellbeing. Students will learn the basics for creating positive habits to improve their mental and physical health. Students will learn; - The Four Pillars of Wellbeing - Tips for integrating positive habits within their daily life Target audience: 11 - 18 years olds.
